Return a Product
Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, this is possible. If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you have the possibility to return them within 14 days of receipt. In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:
- The order must still contain all correct components, and the packaging must be exactly as it arrived with the product.
- The product must have been handled with care; any breakage due to negligent handling is excluded.
- Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
- The product must have been found defective upon receipt.
- We reserve the right to charge the customer shipping costs.
- A return is processed within 7 business days, and if the conditions are met, the return is officially confirmed within this time frame.
How do I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, you must follow these steps to begin the return process:

Make sure the email contains the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for return request
- Photo of the product in case of breakage
- First name + last name
- Address
We will contact you and provide you with the correct return address.
Never send the return to the sender, we will send you the correct address after your request. You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs for returning the product.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect the items have been used or damaged.

The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions if the consumer is a natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes which are not primarily related to his trade or business:
A. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Right of withdrawal
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, received or accepted the last goods.
Since we work with a fully automated system, orders are fulfilled as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process before delivery, so a refund is not possible upon receipt of the goods.
Since orders are processed immediately through our automated system, you can cancel your order up to one hour after placing it. After that, cancellation is no longer possible.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Haute Québec, of your decision to cancel this contract by sending us a clear statement (for example, by e-mail). The withdrawal is complete when we have received the goods. The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the buyer.
Recording of Current Shipments
Since our goods are shipped from Asia, transit times may be longer, over which we have no control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then send them back to us. Of course, you can inform us in advance of your cancellation. To ensure a return as quickly as possible, we ask you to send us a shipping confirmation.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract and the receipt of the goods. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA.
